This DMCA policy applies to the Bluur.me website, web app, and mobile apps (iOS and Android), when available. If you believe content on Bluur.me infringes your copyright, please submit a notice as described below.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its prior location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake
Your name, address, phone number, and email
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service of process

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Bluur.me may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false or misleading DMCA claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
