These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on Bluur.me, including digital content, physical merchandise, and subscription services.
By making a purchase on Bluur.me, you agree to these Terms of Sale in addition to our Terms of Service.
Pricing & Currency
- All prices are listed in Euros (€).
- Prices include applicable VAT and any other taxes where required by law.
- Pricing for subscriptions, pay-per-view, tips, or other transactions will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Payment Methods

Billing & Subscriptions
- Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- The billing date is based on the original purchase date and repeats according to the subscription cycle.
- You can cancel subscriptions at any time via your account settings.
- If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the paid billing period.
Taxes and VAT
- All prices include applicable taxes and VAT.
- VAT rates are determined by your billing address.
- For creators, earnings are paid out after deducting the applicable VAT and platform commission.
Refund Policy
Digital Content
- All sales of digital content (including adult content) are final once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
- No refunds are provided unless required by law.
Physical Products
- Official Bluur.me merchandise: Eligible for a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Creator-managed products: Delivery, returns, and refunds are the responsibility of the creator. Buyers must contact the creator directly for resolution.
Subscription Services
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once the current billing period has started.
- Exceptions may be granted if the content is inaccessible due to technical issues caused by Bluur.me.
Delivery of Products
- Digital products: Delivered instantly via your Bluur.me account.
- Official Bluur.me merchandise: Shipped directly by Bluur.me. Delivery times vary by location.
- Creator-managed products: Shipped directly by the creator. Bluur.me is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or product quality.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or non-delivery.
Disputes
- For any payment or delivery issues, contact contact@bluur.me.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, disputes will follow the jurisdiction set in the Terms of Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale to reflect changes in:
