Scope
These Creator Terms apply to creators who use the Bluur.me website, web app, or mobile apps (iOS and Android), when available. They supplement our Terms of Service.
Eligibility and Verification
To create and monetize content, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Complete identity and age verification
- Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
We may request additional verification at any time.
Content Ownership and Consent
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights required to upload and monetize your content
- All individuals appearing in your content are adults and have provided consent
- You can provide proof of age and consent upon request
Content Standards
You agree not to upload or promote:
- Illegal or non-consensual content
- Content involving minors or depicting minors
- Content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights
- Malware, scams, or misleading offers
License to Bluur.me
You grant Bluur.me a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the service. This license ends when you remove the content or close your account, subject to retention requirements.
Pricing, Fees, and Payouts
- You set prices for your content and offerings
- Platform fees and commissions are displayed in your creator dashboard
- Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule and eligibility rules
We may withhold payouts to cover chargebacks, refunds, or compliance reviews.
Chargebacks and Fraud
If a payment is reversed or found fraudulent, we may deduct the amount from your balance and suspend access while the issue is investigated.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate creator accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support.
Taxes and Compliance
You are responsible for:
- Declaring and paying applicable taxes on your earnings
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
